Welcome to Music Technology Club, part of the Education & Bass Group. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or our services.

This site is operated by Education & Bass Ltd., offering music technology education, including group sessions, private tuition, and digital learning for young people and adults.

2. Services
We provide music education services both online and in-person, including after-school clubs, short courses, one-to-one tutoring, and custom learning programmes. We may update, change, or remove services at any time without prior notice.
All sessions are educational and do not constitute therapy or personal counselling.
3. Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in advance to secure a place in any session or course.
• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions; in such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where appropriate.
• Discounts, offers, or bundle rates are offered at our discretion and may change at any time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of a programme.
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
• If a learner is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we may offer access to catch-up materials or consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
• One-to-one sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
5. Use of Website
You may not use this website or our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Users agree not to:

• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Use our materials without permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, audio, graphics, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Education & Bass Ltd. or its tutors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any part of our content without written permission.
7. User Conduct & Dismissals
All learners and users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using our services. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. No refund will be offered in such cases.
8. Safeguarding & Online Delivery
Our safeguarding policy is in place to protect all learners, particularly those under 18. Online sessions are delivered in accordance with our safeguarding, online safety, and data protection policies.
A parent/carer must complete the sign-up form and agree to the code of conduct on behalf of any learner under 18.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of any updates.
