ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Last updated: 2 April 2025
Music Technology Club, part of the Education & Bass Group, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to provide a positive and inclusive online experience for all visitors to our website, regardless of ability or technology.
What web accessibility is
An accessible website allows people with a wide range of physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the content effectively. This includes users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software, screen magnifiers, or keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility Features on This Site
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the AA level. Measures we have implemented include:

• Using Wix’s Accessibility Wizard to identify and resolve common issues
• Setting the correct language attribute for our pages
• Defining clear heading structures throughout the site for easier navigation
• Providing alt text for all relevant images
• Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and background
• Minimising use of motion or animations that may cause discomfort
• Organising page content in a logical and intuitive order
• Providing accessible documents and downloads, including PDF formats
• Ensuring forms are labelled and navigable by screen readers
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
Some parts of our website include features or content provided by third-party platforms (e.g., embedded media players, payment processors, or scheduling forms). While we make every effort to choose accessible solutions, certain tools may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We regularly review these services and strive to work with partners who share our commitment to accessibility.
